Yes I would mind and I think diamonds are really losing their
shine (to me)
Seriously the imitation diamonds these days are so gorgeous that
you can't tell it's fake
Which could be why you see more women wearing bigger stones
these days
Maybe I'm getting older now. If you wanna give me something,
give me gold. I might not wear it but I sure as hell will keep
it 
i prefer coloured stones eg emerald, jade, rubies, sapphires
etc
